Refund Policy

Subscriptions. Pyramid is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor.

Canceling. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds. Because Pyramid is a digital service available immediately upon subscription, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us at holly@pyramid.work and we will make it right.

Exceptions. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in circumstances not described above. A refund in one instance does not obligate us to provide refunds in other instances.

How to cancel. You can cancel from your account settings — open the account menu and choose Manage membership — or by emailing holly@pyramid.work.
