Privacy and your data
Access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision we have made about a request. Write from the email address on your account so we can verify it is you. We consider and act on requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws — see What are your privacy rights for what you are entitled to.
Membership and billing
Refunds, charges you do not recognise, or trouble with a payment. You can cancel without emailing anyone: open the account menu and choose Manage membership. The Refund Policy covers what happens to the rest of your billing period.
